$5,000 (plus travel expenses).
For limited time slots, Mr. Slates is available for brief (up to ten minute) presentations.
These may be provided with a reduced fee for local meetings.
If the fee schedule presents a significant problem with your budget, please contact Mr. Slates directly. He will try to work within your budget (because his biggest concern is getting this important information to as many as possible).
For local bookings for your office (without unaffiliated doctors) these may be available without a fee.
